7 Brew Coffee

All the staff here are the most friendliest bunch of people I have literally ever met! Always greeted with a smile, compliments, and a delicious cup of coffee (or Fizzy drink) Today I had the pleasure of meeting sweet NiAngel. She was so bubbly and smiley and greeted me with such kindness. Definitely a 10/10 with friendliness, helpfulness, and a beautiful smile! Also, she smelled amazing! Don’t forget to tip these sweet workers! They’re all amazing and work hard taking orders or making the perfect drink. I come here (almost) every day and have been here pretty much since they’ve opened. My son loves to come here after school to get his “special drink” which is usually their blue raspberry Fizz with whipped cream. I have tried many of their different coffees and was so excited to get my free coffee this morning since ordering 10. I no longer go to Dunkin or Starbucks for coffee as this is my new “go to” spot. Love this place and the people that work here! Whoever manages this place is doing a fantastic job and hiring the best crew of people! 10/10 I want to add, I never had 7Brew before this location opened up. I waited every day for this place to open (I’d see it on the way to drop my son off at school) and I am soooo glad I tried this place! Might be my new favorite addiction (and my kids too!) I love the location as it’s close to the mall and all the other great stores over here.

Our car server was Sierra. Immediately she welcomed us with a very friendly attitude. I told her it was my birthday and she went for the extreme by even singing a short “happy birthday” to me! I hope to see her again

I’ve been a 7 Brew customer, and have supported every new opening in the Augusta area. I’ve had my bad service at all of them. But the one on Wrightsboro Rd. is the worst for sure. If the crew is not playing around not taking orders, they are spilling drinks on you or your car. Well this morning around 8:30am, I stopped at this location because it was the closest getting off the interstate to get to my location. Which was 2 hours away to be with family because my cousin had gotten hit by a car the night prior and did not make it to see the rise today (this matters because of what the employer said to me). As I know and reading instructions, I went to the shortest lane which only had one car Lane 2. The Caucasian female with long jet black curly/wavy hair says to me when I pull up, “ Girl, you almost hit me” laughs and says I’m kidding. I didn’t engage I just looked at her and drove off. The employee just laughs once again and says “okay, good, bye”. This location needs to be revamped immediately before they cost 7 brew anymore loss. The crew is so “I don’t care about you or this job” which is fine. But you never know what a person is going through when they are trying to start their day off with coffee and all they get from this location is bad service and respect.
