Great doctor and had been my primary care doctor for almost 20 yrs. I like his PA and nurse a lot too.

I was truly upset with my last visit. Everything started out well and went south from there. I went in to see a new doctor, and my regular doctor was unavailable. The conversation was nice with the doctor/PA. But the follow-through was where it all went wrong. At the end of the appointment, I was supposed to receive documents that I could take with me and a few prescriptions called in. I was alerted that the documents would not be available until Monday. The appointment was on a Thursday. Needles to say went back on the following Monday and Tuesday, with no papers or prescriptions called in. I am still waiting for the paperwork.

Dr. Van is awesome! If I were a better patient that would be great. He's always spot-on with his diagnoses. His nurse Kim is also wonderful! They are a great team. 5 star rating.
