Ashley Store + Outlet

I came in to just get a bed. It was quick and easy. It was in my price range. A little hiccup but everything went great. I will be sleeping good on my new mattress.

My wife and I had such a great furniture shopping experience at the Ashley store in Augusta. We actually purchased more than we planned primarily due to the excellent customer service and the staff and management’s willingness to work with us to make a deal we all felt great about. I’m looking forward to delivery date with great anticipation and am ready to enjoy our new furnishings for our living room and dining rooms.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley store in Augusta! Our sales associate Olina was attentive and listened to what we were looking for and even helped us try to find better options online. Explained everything from start to finish and didn't try to pressure us into something we were not looking for. She was very knowledgeable and took her time. One of the Managers, Alicia was also very helpful. Both ladies were very patient with us and made us feel welcome! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!
