I recently had a roof repair done and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time, got straight to work, and finished the entire job in just a few hours. You can tell they really know what they’re doing — no wasted motion, no standing around, just efficient, professional work. The quality of the repair is outstanding. Everything looks clean and seamless, and they took the time to do it right. The cleanup afterward was just as impressive. When they left, my yard looked exactly the way it did before they arrived — not a single piece of debris left behind. It’s rare these days to find a team that works this hard, this fast, and with this level of care. I contacted Crosby Roofing following a discovery of leaks in my roof after Hurricane Helene. They were very prompt at sending an assessor out to take a look at the roof. Tom Wilmot was very professional and found damage that an untrained eye would never spot. Mr. Eli, the project manager assigned to our job was extremely professional and got the job started within two weeks of the estimate being accepted by our insurance company. The materials were delivered one day and the roof completed the next day. Every crew member knew their job extremely well and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of everyone at Crosby. If we ever need any other roofing or gutters, we will definitely be calling Crosby! They are head and shoulders above any other contractor I've ever used.
