Highly recommend Doc Savage. I called for a dryer duct cleaning not knowing how old and clogged our dryer duct actually was. A fire hazard waiting to happen. Older homes have unique challenges (dryer duct on the floor/crawlspace) and Don and Austin met every challenge. They were outstanding, professional, articulate and explained every step. The service technician was FANTASTIC!! Very Through, Punctual, and Knowledgeable. Took the time to fully answer ALL of our questions and even informed us of valuable information on improving the service and functionality of our system that we were not aware of. Great Personality as well.

Bryan and his assistant were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. The company responded quickly and was out servicing our gas fireplace the next day. Definitely recommend.
