ZERO STARS! This is absolutely the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. They not only wrote our policy wrong, but they provided inaccurate details (wrong city, wrong phone number, wrong spelling of company name, wrong classification) to the Insurance company. They couldn't figure out how to write the policy because they had never heard of our type of store before! We sell grills and fireplaces; pretty simple. Kimberly never followed-through, her voicemail says she was out of the office but the message saying "today is" was from a 4 months prior. She/They NEVER reached out to let us know that documents being mailed were being returned because of their inability to document appropriately. When I requested that this information be reviewed and I expressed my concern, they told me they would no longer insure me and I was on my own. UNPROFESSIONAL! ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY!

Dennis Lam is the best insurance agent I have ever had. Originally from New York, I moved down here and had a lot of questions. Dennis was not only able to help me figure out what I needed to do in order to get my title and insurance taken care of but he took the time and effort to make sure I got the best rate and saved money. I really appreciate the hard work and honesty Dennis has. I recommend him to anyone!

My car insurance through travelers was cancelled due to a suspended license in a different state. That was completely my own fault. But what made things even worse was the fact that I never got a phone call or a letter from Donald Bailey agency. Travelers said they have sent a letter but I never received one. I drove around for over 40 days uninsured. i found out 40 days later when I called to renew for another 6 month. Now my insurance have lapsed and I have to pay hundreds of dollars extra for insurance. I would give them zero star if I could
