Michael added my auto transfer switch for my generator. He did a great job in explaining how to use and cleaned after himself. Will be using Ferrell Electric for my future electrical needs. Thanks Ferrel for being honest, knowledgeable and affordable.

Looking for atrocious customer service and questionable morals? .. then look no further than Ferrell electric Bare with me for this long story. We had an appt. That was supposed to be on a Monday to troubleshoot a "dedicated" outlet that kept tripping and upgrade some garage power. They did the initial wiring in the house that we bought new and have been in for 5 months.. so why would there already be electric issues? Well we then found out their communication is terrible. They told us the appiontment was at 8 am. So, my husband took off work to get it taken care of. Getting off work is not easy for 2 essential personal. So its 9am the morning of our appointment... no call no text with and update. We called for update from the company and we were told it was a window of service time 8-11. Okay, fine. Then it really gets good.. at 1056 they call us and try to reschedule. When my husband tells them his frustrations and he kinda needs it done today because he already missed work they gave numerous excuses, like their call service didn't know what their actual appointment times looked like.. and so on. One of the ladies there even called my husband stupid while he was on the line. When the manger took over the call, it was still more excuses and no movement from them to try and fix the issues. Long story short, they didn't come out, we called A&H electric and they got us squared away the same day and told us that our "dedicated" outlet was wired to 3 things essentially not making it a dedicated outlet. We have reached out to our home warranty to see if the issue can be repaired or refunded but don't want Ferrell touching our home with a 10 foot pole. Reply to Reply: My husband and I appreciate you taking the time to respond and acknowledge our frustration. As my husband explained to your reps, we completely understand and respect companies protecting their employees whenever they feel like there is a risk. However, my husband called at 9am, and someone answered and did not inform him of any weather decisions. Secondly, there was a snow storm in our area, but it had ended 36 hours before our appointment and the roads were clear of any ice in our surrounding area. We were driving all around thaymt morning. Again, we support companies that decide to play it safe to protect their employees, but the employee that answered the phones at 9am should be able provide accurate information to customers. My husband was told later (by the employee that called him stupid) that he had reached a call center that "didn't know anything". If that is the case, they should not represent your company.

Michael came to put in a ceiling fan/fixture. He worked well and efficiently and kept me abreast of any modifications that needed to be made. I would absolutely hire them again!
