Luke Detchemendy, owner of Garden City Roofing, is one of the most professional and honest individuals I have come across in the service industry. He treats your property & pocket book like it was his. Luke has done some minor roof repairs on my roof with successful results. He is installed gutter guard, and is planing redirecting of some gutter down spout issues. More than that, he was replaced the roof to my church sanctuary and fellowship hall. He has the knowledge to work with insurance adjustors that can result in saving money. I know of several others he has help with roof issues that have been very satisfied. A definite 5 Star rating. They replaced my siding and I get compliments on the house a lot. There were some communication mishaps but Luke followed up and now I call him to check other's work. I call him first and I'll go with him. The only time I've gone with others was when it was a super time sensitive matter and scheduling didn't work out.

Excellent service given. Roofers very mindful of not damaging property or shrubbery. Good cleaning and clearing after job finished. Roof looks great.
