The employees can't admit when they screw up your order. They flip the script and want proof, when you show it to them, there's no accountability. Check your order. It's never their fault it's yours for choosing this restaurant.

This by far was the worst Japanese food I ever had. I’m going to stick with what I know and continue to go to Ming Ming’s in Warrenville.I don’t know what possessed me to go to this place but never again!! This is what being cheap gets you. I ordered the sesame chicken combo plate and it was not good. Everything was bland the rice was plain the chicken was soggy and the sauce had no flavor whatsoever like where’s the sesame?? I didn’t take any pictures because I was just that disgusted I ended up feeding it to my dog this place gets 0 stars from me!!!!

They got my order wrong after waiting a long time in the drive through. I did not realize until I got home that my order was completely wrong. So, I called when I got home. They had an attitude on the phone and asked a bunch of information about the order and acted like I WAS IN THE WRONG! I had to drive back to the restaurant. Upon asking for my order to be fixed, they demanded I bring in the other tray to “prove” that the order was wrong and wanted to keep the food. I gave the other tray back. The workers had a horrible attitude even though they are the ones who got my order wrong! I asked to speak to the manager and they said he was not around and refused to give me his name at first. Finally, I was able to get the information about who the manager is. The employees here are horrible and incompetent and have a bad attitude. I don’t understand how you can mess up someone’s order, then they have to take time and gas to come back up to the restaurant to get the right order, and then have ATTITUDE TO YOU! This is insane. I will be speaking with the manager soon because that was totally unacceptable.
