I purchased my business as an asset purchase and have no contractual relationship with this janitorial company. The contract they keep referencing was signed by a completely different business and owner before my ownership began. Despite months of communication and a written revocation of authorization, they still charged my card over $600. This was done after acknowledging that my business never entered into any agreement with them. Extremely unprofessional and unethical business practice. I would strongly caution other business owners to review everything in writing and monitor billing closely.
