It was a wonderful first-time experience. My stylist was kind friendly and very personable. She made me feel as if we've known each other for years. I will return and as of today, I gave Jazzy Hair Studios as a reference to someone who is herself looking to get her hair done. While at the checkout she complimented my coils. Good luck trying to make an appointment or getting them to even call you back. My sew in appointment was set for a time and day. She didn't tell me that it wasn't guaranteed. If the women that does sew ins couldn't make it; they could have at least called me. Not professional AT ALL...
