One of the best if not the best massage I’ve had in a long time! Ana did an excellent job! Made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service- and really took ownership and guided me through what I needed. The spa looks to be a very relaxing and good vibe place!

I booked a couples massage by phone after calling in to get general information about pricing and different services offered. I was informed the couples massage was not listed on their website so I had to book over the phone. I did not book online, did not visit the website, and was not informed verbally or in writing of any cancellation or rescheduling policies. On the day of the appointment, I called around 9:00 AM for a 12:00 PM appointment to reschedule because my husband and I had the flu. I left a voicemail requesting to reschedule, not cancel. I never received a return call before my card was charged the full amount. I also did not receive a receipt or any written notice. Later, I spoke with the owner, who acknowledged that no policy information had been sent to me. I was told that I “should have known” the policy, despite the service not being listed online and the booking being handled entirely by phone. I was also told there would be an additional fee of $95 to reschedule, on top of the full charge of $190 already applied. Communication was very difficult throughout this process. Calls often go unanswered and require leaving messages to receive a callback. I did not have any missed calls prior to being charged, and I made multiple attempts to follow up. I understand businesses need policies, but in my experience, those policies were not communicated, and there was no opportunity to resolve the situation before my card was charged. I simply wanted to reschedule due to illness and act responsibly. Based on my experience, I would advise others to confirm all policies in writing before booking, especially for phone reservations.

Le' Salon Day Spa is an absolute gem! When I walked in, the cozy, welcoming atmosphere instantly put me at ease. Soft lighting, calming scents, and a friendly staff that made me feel right at home. I booked a 90-minute myofascial release massage with Ana, and wow... she’s a true artist! She listened to my needs, checked in throughout, and left me floating out the door. Five stars. Can’t wait to return!
