Kim was the best agent I have ever had! This was the 6th time in my life I have used a real estate agent and she was by far the best ever! I would highly recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She is caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She also handles issues without upsetting the point of contact and the end result is an extremely satisfied customer.

We loved having Dayanna as our realtor! She was very thorough with her advice and made us feel comfortable. The home buying process can be intimidating but she checked in with us often and we always felt like we could reach out to her whenever we had any questions. Do not deal with Jena. Made several offers on homes, and noticed realtor was including in the offers to seller's things did not ask for. Whenever you want to know more about a home, she will insist you have to put in an offer on the home before you get more information about it. You cannot tell her anything in confidence. Meybohm Real Estate is all about the money. If your home search goes beyond a certain amount of time in the home buying process, they become impatient. Beyond 2-3 months they will get frustrated with you as a client. They would rather part people from their hard-earned money than help them. They will back each other up on each other's wrongdoing. They do not care about good customer service. There will be no actual solutions. There's lying, there's dishonesty. They are unprofessional in that if you try to go for a lower priced house on the market, they will deliberately sabotage the offer so that way they can try to get their clients houses and properties that will get them a higher commission at close. If you try to look for something within your price budget for a home, they will tell you that you are not being realistic. In other words you are not going to get us a big enough commission. On the surface they appear to have everything together. Beyond that this organization really doesn't. If you have a chance to do business with any other real estate agency, please go with them.
