Modern Roofing

Very happy with our new roof! Jeremy , Anthony, Shanda and the install crew were great to work with. They worked really hard for us. They fought with our insurance company (Allstate) so we didnt have to. The install was went super fast. I love that they came back to inspect there work a few days later.

It was only a few minutes after James knocked on my door and began talking that I could tell he was someone I could trust. After he reported his findings to me and we agreed to proceed, the entire process was absolutely seamless, Timely, affordable and professional. James' communication with me throughout the process was incredible! A sign of someone who actually cares what they do for a living and their customer base. James and his Modern Roofing team kept me informed of the insurance process. There was never a time I didn't know how much this project would cost. Again, informed throughout the entire process. A few days later a fresh supply of shingles and other materials were delivered. The next day the project manager came by to make sure that all the materials were correct for the installation team. I was impressed by that. I was told by the project manager that the installation team would be here Monday,a holiday mind you, at 7:00 a.m. to get started. An entire team of 8 to 10 guys showed up at 6:59 and got to work by 7:10. Again, impressive! This team worked in below freezing temperatures and completed the entire roof with excellent cleanup by 5:30 p.m.. the roof and shingles are beautiful! Job well done! My experience with Modern Roofing was amazing,really! This company is a well-oiled machine! Everything was communicated, done in a timely manner, very professional and all super nice people who know what they're doing. Job well done Modern Roofing and thank you so much! Incredible work from start to finish.

Sir my wife has repeatedly asked for a detailed of what work you did and she was told by James that we were to get it from the contractor who modern roofing hired not me. So of course the contractor puts it on the company. So sir I'm waiting. You see the pictures rain deflector to short,the long pipe is leaning and when it moves it makes noise,and the short vent pipe was installed silver they didn't even try to hide it then when it was brought to there attention they came back when we was not home and painted it black. Sir still waiting
