It is very difficult to find contractors that are dependable and knowledgeable about their skill. Alan and his team ( Andrew, JB) brought my house up to code. The Mr. Electric company was fast and easy to work with. I had an emergency power outage and Jared my technician came in a matter of minutes to get it resolved with new panels for my circuit breaker so that I won’t run into the problem again. If I could give 10 stars I would! Very impressed with their efficiency and expertise! Update 3/5/26 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Mr. Electric of Augusta & Aiken Mr. Electric of Augusta and Aiken did a phenomenal job assisting me with some electrical wiring issues on my food trailer. Not only did they help diagnose and resolve the problem, they also went the extra mile by reworking my wiring and adding additional outlets so I could properly run my TVs. This is honestly one of the best electrical teams I’ve ever experienced. I want to give a special shoutout to the technicians Allen, Justin, and Jared. Each of these gentlemen were fantastic. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. They also cleaned up behind themselves, which I really appreciated. Mr. Electric was fantastic from start to finish. They scheduled our appointment quickly and were able to complete both the evaluation and repairs the very same day, which we really appreciated.
