PlayDates of Augusta

This is exactly what Augusta needed! I brought my 3 year old son today for our 10am play time and he had a blast! The area is super clean and decorated so cute. They have drinks, snacks, coffee etc which is super convenient and a lovely treat. Check in was extremely easy as well. We will 100% be coming back again for more play time!

When my family and I walked in we approached the counter to check in. As we were waiting in line a random older lady stepped right in front of me and begin to place an order, as if I wasn't standing there. She then turned around and complimented my baby while grabbing at her hand and hair. I felt completely offended and backed away from her. The girl behind the counter just looked at me with her eyes big but continued to allow the lady to place her order although she wasn't next in line. I continued to check in and didn't want that one experience to disrupt my playdate. I preceded to take my 10 month old to the, what I assumed would be, "the infant play area" and immediately saw a spider in the ball pit. Again, "No Big Deal Right"...After killing the small spider I continued to allow my girls to play. I was really hoping for a little chat time with my coworkers while our kids play, but that never happened. Kids were running all over the place, I had to move my baby several times out of the baby ball pit bc the bigger kids jumped right in without any adult supervision or staff redirection. One parent had to ask a staff member to find a child's parent bc a kid kept jumping on and kicking her twin girls and I had to tell a child to stop throwing balls at me while I was holding my baby. It was a complete mad house. Instead of a relaxing environment, I felt stressed and ready to go. It was opening day so hopefully in the future they will get more staff supervision to avoid these occurrences. On a brighter note my 3 yr old enjoyed herself.

I took my son to play here for the first time today, and I was truly so impressed. The space is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean, which immediately put me at ease. The coffee was wonderful, and the breakfast options were such a thoughtful touch. What made the experience even more special was how genuinely kind and welcoming the staff were—they made us feel right at home. It meant a lot to have such a positive first visit, and I’m already looking forward to coming back with my son again soon.
