RCS Roofing Company

I hired RCS Roofing for a roof replacement in December 2023. After installation, I observed visible dips and uneven areas across the front slope and top of the roof that should not be there since this was a complete roof replacement (per Scott all the wood had to be replaced because it was rotted). I began contacting the company in 2024 to request an inspection and resolution to multiple issues that I was unsatisfied with. After addressing one issue, I began to reach out again in reference to the dips and uneven areas. In November 2025 I was told by Jason that he would have someone come out with a drone to take photos, that didn't happen. I was later advised by Scott that Jason never told me that and all I asked for was a copy of the contract. Scott said he would call me back when he could talk to their lead about when he could come out with him to do the inspection because he wanted to make things right after all the trouble I've had and the negative remarks I've left on Facebook, that call never happened. My most recent call was on 2/12, when Jason stated he would speak with Scott and call me right back. That return call never came. Rather than conducting an on-site inspection, the company submitted drone photographs to the BBB in response to my complaint stating they did not see an issue. No representative has come to the property to evaluate the visible dips despite repeated requests. I have had companies ask if I needed my roof replaced due to its condition. After I advised it wasn't even two years old, they advised that the roof was not completed properly and provided pictures of the poor install. I wish my roof looked like others they have done. I guess I'm going to have to seek legal recourse to get some warranty assistance.

Fast and reasonably affordable even with back to back snow weekends they still got on the job quick and had it completed in 1 day. Fantastic crew over at RCS with Scott and Jason and the rest of them.
