Riverwatch Car Wash

*****WARNING********Why have a carwash open, if it is going to malfunction and nobody around to fix it?? To me this is robbery. Ecspecially, meaning I've done sent multiple emails, with not even the first response. I work hard for my money. So sad to see that some ppl don't have to. When they can sit back and take ppls money without any consequences. So unless you just want to throw your money away, then beware of this carwash!! And the BBB will be made very aware of this carwash.

The cc swipe and cash taker quit working mid wash. Half my vehicle washed and covered in soap. Seriously why do some companies invest a fortune in location and a building yet not maintain it. I'm literally standing here trying to give you my money. Here's a pic of soap suds drying in the sun.

Car wash doesn't spray strong, the chemicals take 30+ seconds to switch over, most of the bays were full of mud, and it's more expensive than others in the area. This used to be one of the only options, but there's a better self-service wash right up the road. I'm going there from now on and recommend you do too.
