Sparkle Express Car Wash

I have had a membership for years and and I have been to plenty of locations in Augusta; from Columbia Rd to North Augusta To Walton Way. But this is by far one of my most visited location. One of your attendees was there from beginning to finish(my barcode sticker came off of my windshield so i needed assistance with the barcode reader), she then gave my vehicle a good scrub and one thing I love the most are the air fresheners you guys have. I wish I could put it in a bottle and spray it so I was very happy when she told me you guys had some. Once I was done, she came around to attend to another customer. I got a quick picture from her and let her know. I really appreciated her service and she gave me a car to do a survey which is another thing I love to do to let businesses know how hard their workers really work for them.

I went to Wash Today today and had a great experience from start to finish. I had no pain and everything went smoothly at the car wash. A huge shoutout to Levi for his excellent customer service! He assisted me at the kiosk, helped get my account reinstated, and even took the time to tell me about a promotion they were offering so I signed up. Levi was a 10/10: very sweet, knowledgeable, outgoing, and easy to work with. His positive spirit truly made my morning. Thank you, Levi, for going above and beyond!

Rodney was so pleasant. Had a smile was very welcoming and he was very knowledgeable. Jaidon also provided great service. He listened to my concerns and did great at what he could. I giving 5 stars to the guys alone because the wash was not satisfactory. I paid 36$ and still needed my car washed and properly dried.
