Summerville Maids LLC

Summerville Maids does a great job cleaning and organizing. They are timely and very thorough. They have been reliable and professional when I needed them for a move-in/out cleaning, and general housekeeping. They also helped me unpack and organize my belongings. They are a huge help and I highly recommend them for housekeeping in the CSRA.

We are very happy with the cleaning from summerville maids. They were quick, efficient, paid attention to detail and communicated through the entire process. I appreciated that they didn't use harsh cleaners since I have 2 small children and 3 animals. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

They did a terrible job on my house. The pictures will show it. I complained and they reported they "didn't move furniture" but you don't have to move furniture to sweep, vacuum or mop under ANY of my furniture. They didn't move anything in the kitchen on the counter, just apparently wiped around everything, leaving cobwebs, dirt, debris and even roach droppings behind the TV in the kitchen. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they upheld THEM, but I did a rebuttal and they have offered a refund of $115 which I accepted just to stop dealing with people who obviously DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN A HOUSE!
