A+++ service from day 1!! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They had my new water heater delivered and installed less than 24 hours from contacting them. They also quoted me a reasonable price. Great business!! I highly recommend!

Had a septic tank installed. Kevin was a great communicator. Spent a lot of time going over the details. Completed the job in a timely manner. Everything works great. His office has followed up with me regarding satisfaction and maintenance.

After calling a few other companies who had "emergency appointments/same day appointments" listed on their websites, and finding out the next available appointment would've been between 3-4 days out, I called The Drain Surgeon. They listened to the issue, found availability to assist, and was out at the property less than 24 hours later! The issue was identified, addressed, and my tenants were happy! I should've called them first! But, now I know and will definitely make sure they're at the top of my list. I commend them for their professionalism, caring demeanor, and being empathetic with the situation. Highly recommend!
