West Augusta Dental Associates is by all metrics the best dentistry I have ever had in my long life. I just became a new patient of theirs. The new patient sign up process - efficient and effective. The multi-front alerts to appointments (multiple texts and email), and accommodations to look for earlier openings for my wife and I - terrific. The competency of the dental hygienists - epitome of cleaning excellence and with advice to brush/clean my teeth. The top-shelf ability of Dr. Clepper to diagnose and treat - the same frickin day! - a crown for a vulnerable tooth was outstanding. I was blown away with the excellence of this dentistry on all fronts in serving my wife and I.

This is the 2nd dentist in this area that I am leaving due to rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional front desk staff that needs training in customer service. They are the face of your business. The 1st impression. My hygienist and the dentist were both wonderful today. It's not about what you are saying, it is the way that you say it. If I told you that I am right up the street with the exact landmark, there is no need to then threaten to cancel my appointment. I am a disabled Veteran with insomnia and I originally had my appointment setup for what worked for me. On Friday I received a call asking me to come in at 8:30. As a courtesy to the dental office, I agreed although I did not want that appointment slot. It was way too early in the morning for this receptionist nasty attitude. Seems bipolar because she was nice during my 1st visit. I believe that she is the person that she showed herself to be today. Do you not realize how many dental offices there are located in this area? Customer service is a big deal for me. I am a nurse practitioner so the clerk's attempt to belittle me was a huge fail. I am thankfully a set of teeth that the dentist love seeing. Easiest patient ever but I elect to take my business elsewhere due to the blonde at the front window. Thank her for the loss of this patient and maybe offer her some customer service training and some phone etiquette courses that demonstrate professionalism and appropriate word choice. I am going to North Augusta for my future dental care. Yes, it is convenient and closer to be seen here but I will drive to SC to be treated as a valued customer. I have a federal employees insurance plan, so needless to say, I have good insurance. This lady's attitude was garbage today. I will be in touch to get my records for my new dental office. I am sending a huge thank you to both of the dentists that I had the honor the meet and to my hygienist today (Kathy, I think 😊). Best wishes to you all. 2026 is my year of grace. I forgive this person without any remorse from her. My insurance money won't pour into that dental office. I hope that you see the impact of that one bad apple.

I've heard great things about this office. I made an appointment and I dont regret it. My entire visit went very well. Lindsay and Dr Glore were friendly and took the time to ensure they addressed all of my needs. Highly recommend anyone in the CSRA to visit WED.
