🍣 A Sushi Kitchen and a Hidden Whisky Bar on Broad

Located on Broad Street in downtown Augusta, 990 Broad Sushi Kitchen is a sleek sushi and crudo concept from Chef Ito that opened soon after Hurricane Helene in the former Pho-Ramen'L space.
Tucked behind the dining room sits The Ph'rog Bar, a hidden cocktail lounge stocking a deep bench of sake and Japanese whisky. The vibe is electric, the nigiri is pristine, and the small plates lean adventurous without losing the room.
