We absolutely love shopping local at Autumn Grace! Alicia is absolutely wonderful and offers up 5 star 🌟 customer service! I have very high standards and she exceeds them every time! It’s a family run business and I love them all! The selection is awesome and the prices are so fair especially considering how great the quality is! I recently purchased a Turtle Box speaker and we couldn’t get them to pair.. I text her after 9 on a Friday night and she spent a while on the phone with me getting it to work! Customer service is nonexistent these days but not at Autumn Grace!! What a breath of fresh air!!! Love them and you will too! Thank you for exceeding my expectations and being such great people!! The last few times I visited Autumn Grace Boutique, the customer service from the front staff was very disappointing. They were dismissive and didn’t offer any help. However, when the owner is there, she is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and she always makes sure customers find what they need. Unfortunately, the difference in service when she’s not present is so noticeable that I don’t plan on returning. Consistent respect and customer care should be a priority.

I went in and the two women at the front were so rude. I asked for help finding jeans and told them I had no idea what size I am, and one of them said, “How do you not know what size you are?” in a rude way. I told her my old size, and she still acted like she didn’t want to help at all. I will never go back. The only good thing I can say is that they have a good plus-size section.
