Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Augusta Fort Eisenhower Area

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’re local, but I had a Marriott free night award to use, so we decided to book a stay mainly to enjoy the pool. Sadly, while the pool is indoors, it isn’t heated. A few of the kiddos braved it for a few minutes before we headed back to the room to warm up. We ended up making the best of it by watching SpongeBob and taking turns with cozy hot showers. We went home for the night but came back in the morning for oue free breakfast (because why not... especially in this economy, am I right?!). And honestly, I’m so glad we did! Breakfast was great! There was something for everyone. The waffle maker that makes four small waffles at once was a total win for this momma - perfect kid sized portions. The sausage was especially good, too. I wish I took more pictures, tbh! My kids had such a great time that my 4year old was sad to learn we had actually checked out and couldn’t go back. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and kind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The WORST hotel experience! Booked through the Marriott Bonvoy app. They had construction going on which was not on the app. The front desk never notified when we checked in or we would have stayed elsewhere. Early in the morning there was hammering and drilling to beat the band. The front desk who I believe was the manager a short Caucasian man kept insisting that the info was on the website which I couldn’t get through to him I did not book through that manner. My sister and I are both Marriott members and I am a platinum elite. I only stay at Marriott so I know what standard to expect. This hotel failed miserably! I wish I could give them zero stars! As of now having to dispute overcharge and still no response from management as promised. Please don’t stay here!

The hotel is going through renovations. Lobby is a mess. Dirty hallways. This is still my goto in Agusta. Employees are always helpful and new rooms are excellent. Get past the construction mess it's worth the stay.
