The most caring, kind and knowledgeable veterinary team I have ever met. I am endlessly grateful for the quality of care Nala received in her final stage of life. Dr. Rutt did everything he could for her, from keeping her comfortable when it wasnt yet time, to being honest when it was. He told me during one appointment that he had done extra research at home for her specific type of cancer, and while I don’t expect this type of dedication from anyone in any field, it shows just how much he cares for his patients. While Nala had met much of the team and we appreciate all of you, Tessa played a big role in her care along with Dr. Rutt. I had come in as an emergency visit on the day I had to let her go, and although I could tell she was busy, Tessa came in to say goodbye and give me a hug. These moments of compassion they showed me will stay with me forever and I know Nala appreciated Dr. Rutt helping her cross the rainbow bridge when she needed it.

I had to take my bearded dragon 🐉 in to see the doc because he had diarrhea. The staff was very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me some meds and my spike is doing 100% better now.

Today was my first visit here- recommended by a friend and I can see why! Every single person I interacted with was very warm & kind. They offered me a room even though I was a bit early for my appointment and they themselves were prompt. They're great at what they do. I didn't feel rushed or brushed off like I have at so many other vets in the past. I got lots of good info. The building is clean and cozy. I very much love this place already and look forward to continuing my pets care with these lovely people. Thank you Hammond Hills! My fur babies thank you too! 💙💙💙 On pricing: This is also (by far) the most affordable vet I have ever been to. You can tell they're not trying to drain you for all you have. They ran me an estimate with plenty of options and it was way less than I thought. Can't overstate how appreciative I am of this place and their lovely staff.
