Original review: The furniture is high quality and with better quality comes with an additional cost. Nothing wrong with that, just be aware this store is not cheap. Covid comment. Customer service rep was friendly however the rep did not wear a mask properly and kept intruding into mine and my wife space. (within 6 ft even though we kept creating the distance). Updated review: Manager called me and is going to retrain the individual and staff. This is quite acceptable. Increased the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Store manager comment. Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter. Management will reach out to you. Thank you.

I could not be more pleased with my experience from Havertys in Augusta, Ga! From the moment I walked in the door, the service was exemplary. Angela assisted at first and then brought in Lex to work the design for multiple rooms in my home. Lex first came to the house for measurements and to discuss options. The next week, I went in for a very well put together presentation from Lex and Angela. Everything was taken into consideration properly, from my homes current style to my personal tastes, and inspiration from Lex's expertise. Almost every element of the presentation was purchased and the design implemented. Delivery was prompt and installation was supervised by Lex himself! I cannot reccomend Angela, Lex, and the Havertys store enough if you are in the market for quality furniture; but most importantly, a sales and design team that put their heart into making sure you get the furniture and the design you want. I've already been back to the store for accent pieces at great prices!

It is always a pleasure purchasing from Havertys in Augusta, GA, and working with my sales manager "JJ" on many purchases. She has made it such a seamless process. Havertys has so much to choose from and if you want nice quality furniture that will last for many, many years; Havertys is the place.
