Great products, but the customer service needs improvement. The cashier, a young lady named Sky, did not greet me or say anything at all during the transaction. There was no “hello,” no eye contact, and no basic customer interaction. I am 48 years old and at least expected a simple greeting like, “Hello, how are you today?” but the entire checkout process was done in complete silence as if she was intentionally trying to be rude. As I walked away I said thank you as a simple way of letting her know she was being unprofessional.

Nice store to shop for home decor. But, something has changed. They no longer carry the large floor mirrors, way too many lamps and accent throw pillows. The accent pieces/home accessories has decreased in size, only a few items remain. The framed art section has also been decreased.

Update… new photos HG is well stocked for the beginning of Summer.. HomeGoods is ready and stocked for upcoming 2024 Valentines … Who doesn’t love Homegoods? It’s one of my favorite home stores and it has something for all and always great customer service. Fall is around the corner and this is definitely the time to checkout all the Halloween 🎃 decorations.
