Stayed at this hotel to meet up with family as we were all traveling from out of state to visit family in the nearby area. This was our first stay at a Hyatt property and unfortunately, it left a poor impression. We’ve always been loyal to Hilton, and after this experience, we’re unlikely to stray from them in the future. As someone who is handicapped, I was disappointed by the lack of ADA compliance in our room. The corridors felt narrow compared to the spacious ADA rooms at Hilton properties. The only accessible feature seemed to be a detachable shower/tub seat left on the bathroom floor. The sliding barn doors to the bathroom were heavy and often got stuck, making it hard for me to open them independently. Our initial room had several issues: It was missing blackout curtains to block the sun, there were stains everywhere, and the air felt thick and stuffy, which aggravated my chronic allergy rhinitis and sinusitis, leaving my throat swollen and congested. We even found blood stains on the white bed sheets and poorly repaired patches on the walls. The hotel didn’t seem busy, there was plenty of parking in the garage but it was clear they were struggling across multiple departments. After a full day of trying to resolve these problems, we were finally offered a room switch. I can only assume clean rooms weren’t readily available, as it took nearly 12 hours to make the change. In the new room, the strong smell of cleaning products was overwhelming. The tiled kitchen floor was slippery, likely from overuse of chemicals, and there was a visible, greasy film left behind. On the positive side, the sheets and towels were clean and we had no complaints there, we were thankful for that. Staff friendliness was lacking upon arrival and throughout most of our stay. Our best interaction was on Sunday morning during checkout when the kitchen team and front desk clerk were welcoming. The breakfast food was standard for a hotel, nothing noteworthy, but nothing poor either. Overall, this was a real disappointment for what presents as an upscale hotel. The staff didn’t seem genuinely happy, which I attribute to exhaustion from a poorly run environment. This points to issues with leadership and external influences. I strongly recommend that the hotel owners stay here incognito as average guests to experience it firsthand. I won’t return unless there’s a major overhaul in service quality and standards. Guests are paying far too much for what the hotel currently offers.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt House for the weekend of December 13th for a wedding. This hotel is soooo very nice! The team members who work there are beyond AMAZING! From the front desk, housekeeping to maintenance. I wish I could remember every team member’s names but just know they were all Exceptional! Not one prune/rude employee in the bunch that weekend!!! We loved the entire stay! The hotel has a rooftop space where the view is spectacular too! If anyone is ever in the area, book a stay, you will simply love it!!!🥰

What a nice stay! Clean big comfortable rooms and clean hotel overall. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the ladies at the front desk were all very friendly. Easy access and great location. Deck parking was also convenient and easy access into hotel. Will definitely recommend and go stay there again.
