Martina's Flowers and Gifts

I just had the happiest, most pleasant experience with Angela at Martina’s. Angela turned what was seemingly an impossible task into something extraordinary. After spending hours and hours searching for the perfect arrangement to send to a dear friend out of state, I had a really disappointing experience with an online florist and the flowers were not sent. I then called Martina’s and told Angela the situation and what I was trying to accomplish. Angela went above and beyond to assist me. She showed so much patience and compassion. Martina’s did not carry the container or arrangement that I had wanted (and neither did anyone else), but Angela, along with the expertise and creativity of their floral artists, put together the most beautiful, exquisite arrangement!! I was thrilled when my friend called me to let me know that she had received the flowers and that she just loved them. I told her I hoped that the arrangement turned out well because I had a challenge trying to send flowers to her. My friend then sent me a picture of what she had received. She said that every time she walked by them, they made her smile and she really loved the adorable container as well. I was thrilled. Just blown away! Attached is a photo so that you can see Martina’s beautiful creation!! I will definitely use Martina’s in the future, knowing that my request will be in good hands. I really wanted to be able to come here and leave a nice review but what I received certainly did not match what I paid. We had an employee with a death in the family in Augusta and we wanted to send a nice arrangement on behalf of the company. I paid $230 for this arrangement...while there's nothing wrong with this arrangement, it's quite small for $230 in my opinion. Based on website descriptions, I'm just really not pleased with the product I paid for - especially it being on behalf of our company.

I received the most beautiful yellow roses from Martina’s for my birthday. The roses arrived healthy and continue to be one week later. I highly recommend Martins’s. I received a lovely pink arrangement as well that goes beyond any beautiful description. Again, I highly recommend Martina’s.
