Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta Riverwatch

Staff is kind, helpful, humorous. Evening staff will even chill with you when not busy. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast is plentiful and tasty. They did some upgrades right before the Master's as well, so now it's even better. I'm glad Augusta has a hotel that cares about it's customers comfort. Thanks AJ! You and Mr. Hair have a great crew. Your hard work is evident and most appreciated!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly respectful and professional. The only complaint I have is that the water was cold when we took our showers, and the internet kept going out. I learned today that they are planning to fix the water heater, so this shouldn’t be a recurring issue. We came from another state, so we were traveling. The rooms were impeccably clean. I also had an issue with an overcharge, but the manager was able to handle that immediately. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here based on reviews and honestly I would’ve gave this place a 5 star review because night front desk guy is amazing and knowledgeable BUT if I didn’t wake up to multiple unpaying guests 🪳 yes roaches which disgusted the hell out of me. My first thought was to tell the front seat but as I approached the desk a girls basketball coach was advising of different unsanitary conditions some of his girls were dealing with and they front desk guy dismissed concerns in a nonchalant manner and as I’m hearing this in my view is roach spray so in my head oh y'all know yall have roaches okay. I immediately headed back to my room to shower and shake and grab my things. Things took a turn for the worse. Shower is also why this review rating is low. Very mid hot water goes in and out. The water does drain just horrible experience. Yep!!
