Fort Gordon Overload Gym 🏋️‍♂️ always clean and alot of equipment available for cardio and weight training. They also have the best and 🔥 sauna available. You can also schedule a massage at the gym. They have a massage therapist on-site. If you need a personal trainer you can schedule with one at the gym.

I love this gym but have to say whoever installed these lights should be forced to stare at them while they go on and off repeatedly. I will delete that line if they ever fix this stuff. Overall I've been coming to this gym off and on 15 years. Even keep coming here after retirement because it's familiar. Lots of equipment, it does get very busy right after work hours and during early morning hours when the soldiers get in here... But that is expected, and honestly a good thing. They do have an issue with getting repairs done in a timely manner, if something is broken it's going to stay that way for quite a while. Most of the staff is great.

Solid gym. They have crossfit room full of squat racks, a room for free weights and cables (dumbbellsup to 130), and legs and various machines in the largest room with 4 rows of cardio equipment. I think this gym could improve by: -adding a strip to the 1/2" gap in the men's toilet door (super awkward with the sink and mirrors directly opposite) . -adding a glute drive machine (recommend removing the horizontal, isolated leg press machine, shody design IMHO).
