While I was present here , a worker behaved in an unprofessional manner toward on-site security personnel. Their conduct included disrespectful comments, dismissive attitudes, and behavior that interfered with security’s ability to perform assigned duties effectively. Such actions created unnecessary tension and did not reflect the professional standards expected within the workplace. This incident should be reviewed so that all parties are reminded of proper conduct and the importance of maintaining a respectful environment for staff and security personnel at this mall.
