Tru by Hilton Augusta Washington Road

For a Hilton hotel it was quite lacking. When we came into our room we were out of hand soap and barely had any towels. They thought to include an ironing board but they don't have a closet? It would've been nice to hang up my clothes. The pillows are so uncomfortable they barely have any support I kept waking up with headaches even with an extra pillow. The soap in the room is a bit wasteful and made our hands dry. The entire stay the room above us was so loud jumping and banging on the floor they sounded like elephants we complained like 5 times and last night we didn't even get a response from the staff. The first night they completely forgot about our room and didn't come make our beds or empty our trash and we had to request our own trash bag. The trash cans were also extremely tiny. The only positive things I can say are the building is super cute and modern, and Ms. Latoya the receptionist is the sweetest person ever she was very accommodating and very sweet. It's also in a great location for those wanting to go shopping and exploring. There's a cute little desk in the room.

She was incredibly friendly and even prepared extra items like freshly made omelets for the guests. This made the breakfast not only delicious but also something special. Leah at the front desk was also very kind, helpful, and professional. She assisted us with all our questions right away and always had a warm smile. The entire team was extremely friendly and made us feel truly welcome. This kind of genuine hospitality is not something you find everywhere. For service, cleanliness, and friendliness we give a clear 5 stars – actually even more! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

TRU-ly good! :) I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with my daughters. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location to easily access several places (food options / tournaments). The frontage road has access to everything...shopping, food choices, gas and so forth. The hotel is slightly tucked away from the street so noise from the traffic is not an issue and the parking lot has has good lighting where you feel safe. They do have a Texas Roadhouse in the parking lot. I will say parking can be tight at certain times due to spaces but lucky we did not ever not make it work. Front Desk Staff is very welcoming - always friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and it was up to my Hilton standards. I would stay here again.
