Wayfair Outlet Augusta

I literally only came for one thing. So as soon as I walked into the store, I've been here before, and I was greeted immediately, which is always very nice. I saw the recliners, and there were 2 right off the bat one was nice, but it just seemed a little overpriced. Then one right next to it. The epic one that I got, was fairly priced. I had my husband sit in it because I wanted to make sure nobody took it while I went to go and find someone. I didn't even have to go that far. There were people on the ready to help. Then Devante came and brought out the little power cart so I could test the reclining feature, and the remote. At first the remote wasn't working, because the chair also vibrates and has heat, but he was patient and and we figured it out. He got it completely working. When we went up to the register, I got an awesome discount. And then within not even 5 minutes later, the recliner was loaded up into my SUV. I'm going home, my husband is happy because this was the quickest shopping trip in history. I got exactly want i wanted for my booknook. I am so pleased. They really did an amazing job, especially Devante, who helped me.

He took the time to explain how the store was laid out and clearly went over the pricing, which made our shopping experience so much easier. His customer service was friendly, professional, and genuinely appreciated. The man deserves a raise! 👏 We will definitely be back many more times.

Thanks to his organization and teamwork, we were able to complete our purchase and take everything home with ease, which made the experience stress free. Devante is truly an all star on the team.
