Don was an absolute professional from the moment I walked in the door. He greeted me kindly and helped me through choosing a new band for an existing diamond I brought with me. As someone who is not normally a fine jewelry person, I was a bit concerned that when I entered, I would not be looked upon as someone who could be taken seriously. I could not have been more wrong in my assumption. Don was kind, patient and helpful throughout the process and I can say with absolute confidence that I will not shop at any other jewelery store in the CSRA. What an absolutely wonderful and carefree experience.

Carlos is not only helpful, but incredibly personable. He was able to go right to a specific case and show my wife the ring she was describing. Now I am off the hook for a Valentines Day gift and you know how the saying goes....happy wife, happy life. Thanks!

Phil has been our go to guy since my husband, went to him in 2016 to custom design my engagement band. Ever since then, he’s the only person we use when jewelry is involved. (10 years) He’s knowledgable, kind, experienced, personable and just honest. I can truthfully say every piece of jewelry my husband has purchased, minus my watch, has been purchased from Phil. (And Phil helped my husband engrave my watch.) We really trust him. I lost one of my stack rings a few years ago, panicked, and I texted Phil… his response. “I don’t have one in stock but can order one and have it shipped to you, asap.” I mean talk about someone who goes above and beyond! (I found the ring by the way.) A friend also goes to Windsor’s… she uses one of the other employees and said “oh you should use her..” my response has always been, “thank you but we will never buy jewelry from anyone other than Phil.
