Terrible customer service with Pamela. We purchased a new wedding band for my husband to be here in 3/6 weeks. She didn’t put in the order correctly via customer service and now after waiting a generously 3 months for the arrival. The order “couldn’t be found” after being on hold for an hour. And was asked to reorder and provide all information again. We will take our business to a more capable, competent and service based company.

I most definitely have to give this place a 5 star review! Mrs. Pam was absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend this phenomenal woman enough! She was super helpful when me and my now fiancé was looking at engagement rings. She never doubted what I wanted and she would insert her opinion when I asked for it but would never undermine my thoughts! She was so helpful and never once ruined the surprise! I was on the fence of 2 rings and we got the perfect ring that was perfectly in between! Thank you so much Mrs. Pam for the special moment you help create! Also, he proposed this past weekend on Saturday and I still feel so giddy!
