Our third Dinner Club was amazing! Thank you to all of the people who came this Tuesday.

If you have no idea what the event I’m talking about is:

We pair tables of 6 strangers together at a great local restaurant as a way to meet new people in the city specifically tailored to your vibe.

How it works:

  • Take a short personality quiz

  • Get matched with 5 compatible guests

  • We pick the restaurant, handle the details, and provide conversation starters

You just show up.

If you've been craving conversations with substance (the kind that remind you why community matters) then this is for you. If you want to reserve your limited spot (or read about it more), just click below:

In today's Digest:

  • 🍴 Foodees Fest brings free admission and about 100 food vendors downtown.

  • πŸ…ΏοΈ Riverside Village parking rules change Nov. 8.

🍳 New Biscuits on Washington Road in Evans

At 4274 Washington Road in Evans, Biscuit Belly opened in October with scratch-made biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, and brunch plates. It's the third Georgia location for founders Lauren and Chad Coulter, who grew up near Athens.

The Bonuts are biscuit doughnut holes with cinnamon sugar and bourbon cream cheese frosting. On Veterans Day, Nov. 11, veterans dining in can get a free biscuit sandwich with bacon, sausage, or chicken, plus hot coffee or a fountain drink.

πŸ…ΏοΈ Riverside Village parking changes Nov. 8

The Gist: North Augusta will relaunch paid parking in Riverside Village on Nov. 8. The Hotel and Stadium decks will offer two free hours, while designated on-street spaces will require payment at all times. Drivers will pay by scanning a posted QR code, and each paid transaction carries a 55-cent convenience fee.

Why It Matters: A quick stop at a Riverside Village business can stay free in a deck, but a paid street space costs money from the start.

What's Next: Apartment residents should register their vehicles through their property managers before Nov. 8. Parking violation penalties begin Dec. 1.
